About the role

Manages commercial real estate properties and produces/distributes required paperwork, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of all design-related tasks for tenant improvement projects in PA, NJ, and DE markets.
• Prepare test fits/space plans and pricing notes for prospective tenants.
• Assist tenant improvement (TI) project managers in preparing budgets.
• Prepare construction documents for interior tenant improvement projects in Revit.
• Coordinate all landlord work elements for tenant-managed projects.
• Prepare space surveys for existing vacancies and document existing conditions.
• Prepare building stacking plans.
• Create marketing plans for vacant spaces.
• Assist construction and property management teams with finish selections on select capital projects.
• Assist with the design and selection of finishes for base building renovations.
• Maintain an up-to-date product library and pricing for finish materials.
• Maintain an electronic library of all design documentation, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp files, etc.
• Assist with the maintenance of operations and maintenance documents and project plans.

Skills

• Software Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and EnScape; novice to intermediate in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project plans; respond to inquiries via email or phone.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred); Bachelor’s in Architecture or equivalent Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design also considered.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged; 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience also accepted.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Space planning/design credentials required.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance required; travel to buildings/meetings for surveys, tenant meetings, etc.
