Design Architect (LSNA-PA/NC)

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documentation deliverables using BIM (Revit).
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including in-house engineering disciplines and specialty consultants, both in-person and virtually.
• Apply technical knowledge of construction detailing, constructability, and specifications.
• Understand and integrate structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building engineering systems in Life Sciences projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punchlisting.
• Balance multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture school.
• Minimum of 5+ years of applicable professional experience, including experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit with an advanced understanding of BIM for construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, Revizto, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
• United States citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LEED and/or sustainable strategies.
• Involvement in professional and/or community associations.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $145,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
