This job opportunity is available at ANY location in the United States. Ideally, selected candidates will be near a JACOBS U.S. based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery services to clients.
- Design various types of buildings using mainly Revit.
- Plan and program layouts of projects, coordinating and integrating all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Design work to be reviewed and stamped by a Registered Architect.
- Periodic travel to construction sites should be anticipated.
Requirements
- At least 5 years related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Demonstrate program experience in Revit, basic rendering and publishing programs, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to effectively coordinate with internal architectural and engineering team members.
- Able to work independently at times when given a set of instructions.
Qualifications
- Ideally, you’ll also have Registered Architect (RA) or in the process of taking exams.
- Some Project Management experience.
- Participation in professional organizations.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $125,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
