Job Overview

Join PALFINGER and Reach Beyond as a Spare Parts Fulfillment Specialist to support fast, accurate, and reliable spare parts delivery for PALFINGER North America. Based onsite at our Huntley, IL facility, this role plays a critical part in keeping our inventory, systems, and customer orders moving seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve SAP delivery IDocs and outbound order queues to ensure timely, accurate spare parts fulfillment.
• Reconcile inventory data between SAP and WMS, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
• Cook up customer order returns by processing and managing Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
• Support customer service and operations teams by ensuring smooth communication and alignment between SAP and WMS.
• Enable efficient kitting and production orders by supporting inventory consumption accuracy and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in spare parts, supply chain, inventory management, order fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Proven experience working with SAP S/4 and interfacing with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and correct data and inventory discrepancies.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
