Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dermatologist to establish and lead a new Dermatology Department within a physician-owned, high-end medical practice in Metro Atlanta. This is a unique opportunity for a Dermatologist who is interested in building a department from the ground up, providing both general and cosmetic dermatology services, and playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the department and practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, interested in leadership, and excited about building a successful Dermatology program with opportunities to expand into future locations. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the new Dermatology Department.Provide general and cosmetic dermatology services.Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.Perform skin cancer screenings and biopsies.Develop department protocols, workflows, and clinical processes.Recruit, train, and mentor dermatology team members.Help build and grow dermatology services across future locations.Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.Work collaboratively with other providers and departments. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Residency trained in Dermatology.Board Certified in Dermatology; Board Eligible candidates currently completing residency are welcome.Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.Leadership experience preferred.Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.Authorized to work in the United States.
