Deputy Senior Radiation Therapist - Grade 3 Clinical Educator
About the Role
Deputy Senior Radiation Therapist Clinical Grade 3 educator positions located at Gippsland Radiation Oncology (GRO), help support the Senior Clinical Educator in providing and maintaining a high-quality clinical education learning environment by working directly with learners (i.e. undergraduate students, graduates) and new staff.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive skills and knowledge base in radiation therapy practice commensurate with experience at this level
- Ability to manage allocated personal workload efficiently and effectively and to a high quality
- Developing experience in small team leadership
- Demonstrated application of quality and safety issues, principles and practice
- Engagement with continuing professional development
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective participation in a team and multidisciplinary environment
