Deputy Registrar Field Representative

About the role

The position involves conducting onsite visitations, completing periodic and special assignments, overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating assigned deputy registrar agencies within the assigned territory. This includes checking revenue and documenting disposition by reviewing end of day reports, verifying and removing items for return to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles' warehouse, and ensuring agency open/close procedures are observed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and evaluate assigned deputy registrar agencies through onsite visitations.
• Check revenue and document disposition by reviewing end of day reports.
• Complete early or late visits to ensure agency open/close procedures are observed.
• Verify and remove items for return to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles' warehouse to keep deputy registrar agencies free of salvage plates, obsolete items, and returned items for credit.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a position involving the review of documents for accuracy, completeness, or compliance with reporting guidelines, laws, and rules.
• 6 months of training or 6 months of experience in operating computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• 1 course or 3 months of experience in typing or word processing.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an office manager or assistant office manager in a deputy registrar agency in Ohio.
• 6 months of training or 6 months of experience in operating computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• 1 course or 3 months of experience in typing or word processing.
• Valid driver's license.
