Job Summary

The Garage Food court is seeking a Full-Time Financial Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems
• Lead financial management, MIS reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other regulatory obligations
• Prepare and produce Balance sheet of the company on periodical basis
• Manage company secretarial functions, including RJSC filings, board meeting documentation, and annual returns
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Carry out internal audit
• Prepare feasibility and project profiles
• Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years
• Education: Commerce
