Deputy Content Development Lead

Position Description

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking of planned production; and reporting of said progress to government and contractor leadership.
• Assist the Content Development Lead in the supervision of both internal and external content development teams per the requirements of the JKO task order.
• Track all projects in the development phase, as required, and have the ability to plan work and to track progress via project management tools.
• Understand the limits of the statement of work and how to apply them to the work of their team. Their team will consist of the internal courseware developers (Instructional System Designers, Graphic Artists, and Video Production).
• Schedule and assign work to all participants, monitor progress, and deliver quality products on or ahead of schedule.
• Manage via task oriented terms, and must be able to handle multiple projects at all IMI Levels, including desktop and Virtual Classroom (VCLASS).

Qualifications

• An active DoD Secret security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Multi-media Design or Instructional Design or a related field.
• 8 years experience in the field including 8+ years JKO experience and System Administration level access to JKO tool suites.
• The ability to travel up to 10%.
