Deposit Services Specialist

About the role

The Deposit Services Specialist position at The Arrow Financial Corporation Family of Companies is ideal for someone with experience in banking and customer service. Responsibilities

• Research, report, and provide resolution to exceptions in customer data
• Review data for proper authorizations and compliance and take appropriate action
• Update, modify, and correct data meeting department's goals and objectives while following policies and procedures
• Identify and recommend areas needing improvement within processes
• Provide consistent, outstanding customer service by anticipating and reacting to internal and external customer needs

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should have:

• Solid knowledge of banking rules and regulations pertaining to deposit accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and solve problems independently
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in banking and/or customer service preferred

Skills & Knowledge

Pay

The salary range for this position is $20.00-$23.00 an hour commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s annual bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
