Required Skills & Attributes
- Attributes: High-level mathematical accuracy, practical problem solving skills, professional writing skills, and strong customer service skills.
- Compliance Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Federal and State banking rules, including NACHA, Regulation CC (hold funds), Regulation E (debit card disputes), and Unclaimed Property law.
Education & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of bank operations, teller, or retail banking experience.
- Technical & Software Aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft applications, hands-on experience or direct ability to learn and use FISERV Client 360, Navigator, Director
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
Pay Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $17.00-$19.25 per hour, which reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for candidates who meet the standard qualifications for the role. Actual base pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, experience, and location.
