Deposit Operations & Delivery - Documentation Support Specialist I

This position may be located in-house in our Town Pavilion (Kansas City, Missouri) OR Lubbock, TX locations. This is NOT a remote position.

- Review all consumer deposit account documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to policy, procedure, and regulations.
- Perform required deposit account maintenance on the core system.
- Ensure client data is maintained at the highest level of consistency and accuracy.
- Archive all account documentation electronically.
- Maintain and improve quality by achieving performance goals.
- Support Enterprise Resource Center associates with new deposit account processes and questions including account titling, documentation, and bank regulations.
- Build a great rapport with fellow associates, treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of relevant job experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Banking experience
- 2+ years of relevant job experience
