Deployment Strategist
About the role
As a Deployment Strategist for our public sector book, you'll be the trusted advisor to federal agencies and law enforcement as they scale investigative capabilities on TRM. The Impact You Will Have:
- Draft and send client alerts on new sanctions designations within hours of release.
- Turn around same-day guidance for stuck customer traces, walking them through TRM methodology.
- Respond to urgent questions same-day and stand up tailored training within days.
- Owning a portfolio of public sector accounts, serving as the trusted bridge between TRM and government missions.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience on the government side as a former LE, IC, or agency analyst, or an embedded contractor, with hands-on crypto-tracing or blockchain investigative experience and the ability to validate others on their crypto trace and guide them to the right methodology.
- Experience working with government or other high-trust, high-stakes customers where you owned the relationship end to end: driving adoption and enablement, and doing the work that sets up renewals and expansion (even if you weren't the one negotiating contracts).
- A strong communicator and trainer who can break down complex investigations for analysts of varying skill levels and stand up onboardings and trainings that drive adoption.
- Fluent with AI tools and able to use them as a force multiplier, with the judgment to verify what they produce.
