Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of Teton devices into US customer facilities
• Plan and project-manage larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines across internal teams, customers, and third-party installers
• Cook up and validate compute boxes and connected sensors on customer networks
• Maintain device uptime across deployments, investigate issues, and drive resolution
• Hand off operational deployments to ongoing IT support cleanly and with documentation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying hardware or IoT into customer environments, including cabling compute and sensor setups
• Solid understanding of IT networking and comfort working alongside customer IT teams
• Project management skills: able to plan multi-site rollouts and keep installers, customers, and internal teams aligned
• Customer-first mindset—you find satisfaction in making customers successful
• Comfortable with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing third-party installation vendors
• Willing to travel frequently across the US
