Job Description You will lead customer deployments from discovery to launch, bridging the gap between Forgepoint’s AI technology and the shop floor. Working directly with CEOs and plant managers, you’ll map complex workflows into AI tasks, define ROI metrics, and drive account expansion while traveling across the US to transform how factories operate. What You Will Do Lead on-site discovery sessions with manufacturing executives to map existing workflows and translate business rules into actionable AI agent tasks.Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, coordinating with agent engineers to configure, pilot, and launch AI workers that handle procurement and sales.Define and track measurable ROI metrics for each customer, identifying upsell opportunities and building reusable playbooks to scale the deployment process. The ideal candidate 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or similar) or high-stakes software implementation with a track record of executive-level delivery.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate complex ERP/CRM environments and maintain calm under pressure during concurrent deployments.Willingness to work onsite in New York City 5 days a week and travel frequently to customer sites across the US.
