Partnering with the sales team to help close deals and execute proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers.
Customer migration
Orchestrating the transition from a customer’s existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion, acting as the bridge between their teams and our engineers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
Succeeding with Conversion
Helping advise marketing teams on how to use this powerful new tool to 10x their marketing efforts.
Shaping product
Working closely with engineering and product to shape the product with the most valuable input of all: customer feedback
About The Role
This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.

- Thrive cross-functionally, working alongside engineering, growth, and product
- Have studied or worked in software engineering, but found that interfacing with customers is much more exciting than writing code all day
