About the role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the rollout of Valon’s AI platform to the nation’s largest mortgage servicers. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and complex legacy operations, owning end-to-end implementation outcomes. This high-impact role blends strategy, business operations, and technical problem-solving to transform how regulated finance actually functions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the successful rollout of Valon’s platform across the most complex business areas of enterprise clients, ensuring adoption and long-term value.
- Translate ground-level operational challenges into actionable feedback for internal product and engineering teams to help shape the evolution of the platform.
- Develop deep relationships with senior client leaders to develop operational and technology solutions that maximize the value of Valon's platform.
Qualifications
- Proven operator from finance, consulting, or startup environments with a strong STEM background and experience owning execution and outcomes.
- Technically curious individual comfortable learning tools like SQL, Python, and workflow platforms to bridge the gap between software and operations.
- Effective communicator willing to travel 10–50% during critical deployment phases to embed with customers and navigate highly regulated environments.
