We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many sections: About Moder, The Opportunity, What Makes This Different, What You Will Do (with subparts), Other Job Duties, What We Are Looking For (Qualifications), Preferred, What's In It For You (benefits), About The Fde Fast Forward Program & Career Path, Work Complexity, Work Environment. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content fits each. - About the role: could be the introductory description: About Moder, The Opportunity, What Makes This Different, etc. Probably combine into About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities (Technical Delivery..., Client Engagement..., Program Development..., Other Job Duties). Also maybe "What You Will Do" sections. - Requirements: Required qualifications (Bachelor's degree etc). Also maybe "Ability to commute..." etc. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred qualifications? But we already have Requirements for required; Qualifications could be preferred? The spec says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. Use Requirements for required, Qualifications for preferred. - Skills: maybe list of skills like analytical mindset, curiosity, communication, comfort with ambiguity, etc. Could be extracted from "What We Are Looking For" (the bullet list). Could also include technical skills: Foundry tools, data pipelines, AI/LLM, etc. - Benefits: What's In It For You section lists ownership, training, mentor, Philadelphia presence, career path, chance to shape, etc. Also maybe "Hybrid in Philadelphia — Rooted, Not Remote" could be schedule? Actually schedule: hybrid model: at least three days per week in office. That's schedule info. Also maybe travel periodically. - Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific pay info. - Schedule: we have hybrid model: at least three days per week in Philadelphia office, plus periodic travel. That's schedule info. - Also maybe "Work Complexity" and "Work Environment" could be part of Responsibilities or About the role? Might be extra but we can include as part of About the role or Responsibilities? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Work Complexity and Work Environment. But those are not in allowed headings list. We cannot create new headings; must use only the allowed headings. So we need to fit that content into existing sections. Could put Work Complexity under About the role or Responsibilities. Work Environment maybe under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

Moder is an AI-enabled, human-powered digital services company built for mortgage, insurance, and financial services... (include About Moder, The Opportunity, What Makes This Different, Work Complexity, Work Environment maybe). Need to preserve all substantive info; we must not omit details. That's a lot; we need to include all substantive info from the posting, but we can reorganize under sections. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include everything meaningful. That's a lot of text. We need to include it but can be under appropriate headings. We need to avoid boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting didn't have those explicitly but there may be some generic lines like "Performs other related duties as assigned." That's not boilerplate; it's part of responsibilities. We need to ensure we don't omit any substantive content. Let's extract sections: - About Moder (first paragraph) - The Opportunity (description of Forward Deployment Engineers, Fast Forward Program) - What Makes This Different (list: Build the Playbook, Hybrid in Philadelphia, Rare Combination Of Technical And Human Skills, Career Path That Is Already Designed, You Will Be Inquisitive — And Rewarded for It) - What You Will Do (Technical Delivery & Platform Engineering, Client Engagement & Collaboration, Program Development & Field Intelligence) - Other Job Duties And Responsibilities (Performs other related duties..., Comply..., Maintain regular...) - What We Are Looking For (Qualifications: Required bullet list) - Preferred (Preferred bullet list) - What's In It For You (benefits list) - About The Fde Fast Forward Program & Career Path (description of career path) - Work Complexity (description) - Work Environment (description) We need to map to headings. Let's decide: About the role: combine About Moder, The Opportunity, What Makes This Different, About The Fde Fast Forward Program & Career Path, Work Complexity, Work Environment? Might be too much but okay. Responsibilities: What You Will Do (Technical Delivery..., Client Engagement..., Program Development...) + Other Job Duties. Requirements: Required qualifications list. Qualifications: Preferred list. Skills: maybe combine analytical mindset, curiosity, communication, comfort with ambiguity, technical skills (Foundry tools, data pipelines, AI/LLM, etc.) Could be extracted from both Required and Preferred and What You Will Do. Benefits: What's In It For You list. Schedule: Hybrid model: at least three days per week in Philadelphia office, periodic travel. Pay: none -> omit. We must not create Pay section. Now we need to ensure we include all substantive info. Let's list all substantive points: From About Moder: - Moder is an AI-enabled, human-powered digital services company built for mortgage, insurance, and financial services. - We meet clients where they are, tackle the toughest industry challenges, and build solutions that hold up in production environments where the stakes are real. - Our partnership with Palantir brings Foundry and AIP to clients who need to move from AI experimentation to operational reality. - We have served clients across the full mortgage lifecycle — from origination through capital markets — and are now expanding that same operational depth into insurance and broader financial services. - We RAISE the bar every day: Results, Accountability, Innovation, Service, Excellence. The Opportunity: - Moder is building its first cohort of Forward Deployment Engineers and we are doing it intentionally, carefully, and with you at the center of the design. - The Deployment Associate, Fast Forward Program is a full-time, structured launch pad for recent graduates who want to do more than start a career. - We are looking for people who want to help build one. - Associates in this Cohort will be the first people to go through “Foundry Academy”, the first to deploy on live client engagements, the first to stress-test our training curriculum, and the first to tell us what works and what doesn't. - Your feedback will directly shape how Moder trains, develops, and grows FDEs for years to come. - That is not a responsibility we take lightly and it is not an opportunity that comes around often. - This program is for engineers who are technically sharp and genuinely curious about how AI gets deployed in the real world, not in demos, but inside financial institutions with messy data, legacy systems, and high stakes. - If you want to understand how AI changes how a business operates, this is where that learning happens. - Associates are not observers. They are contributors. - From week one, you will be working on real problems, inside real platforms, alongside experienced engineers who are counting on your thinking — not just your output. What Makes This Different: - You Build the Playbook: Cohort 1 doesn't follow a fully established program — they help create it. Your experience, your feedback, and your capstone work will directly shape Moder's FDE onboarding, training curriculum, and deployment methodology. Future cohorts will learn from what you build. - Hybrid in Philadelphia — Rooted, Not Remote: You will work from Moder's Philadelphia hub at least three days per week. This is intentional. The best learning happens in proximity — with mentors in the same room, on whiteboards, in real-time conversations. You will also travel periodically to client sites, which means your context for the work is always grounded in reality, not theory. - A Rare Combination Of Technical And Human Skills: FDE work sits at the intersection of engineering and client relationships. You will build data pipelines and you will present them to a CFO. You will configure AI workflows and you will train the people who use them. The combination of technical depth and communication clarity is rare — and we will develop both deliberately. - A Career Path That Is Already Designed: The Fast Forward Program is the entry point to the FDE track. There is no ambiguity about where it leads. Associates who perform become Associate FDEs. The path from there is clear: Associate FDE → FDE → Senior FDE → Principal FDE. Advancement is tied to what you deliver, not how long you have been here. - You Will Be Inquisitive — And Rewarded for It: We are not looking for people who wait to be told what to explore. The engineers who thrive here ask the uncomfortable question in the client meeting, chase the anomaly in the data no one asked them to investigate, and push back on assumptions with evidence. Curiosity is not a soft skill here — it is a job requirement. We will actively create space for it. What You Will Do (Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities): Technical Delivery & Platform Engineering: - Work on active Palantir Foundry deployments alongside senior FDEs, owning defined scopes within real client engagements — not sandbox projects. - Build data pipelines, ontology structures, and workflow automations in Foundry's Pipeline Builder and Workshop — moving from supported execution to independent delivery as your confidence builds. - Wrangle real, complex financial services datasets: cleaning, transforming, integrating, and making them usable inside Palantir's ontology layer. The data will not be clean. That is the point. - Develop hands-on proficiency in Foundry's core tools: Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Ontology Manager, Code Repositories, and AIP. - Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions — your perspective as someone newer to the platform is genuinely valuable, not just tolerated. - Build working familiarity with AI and LLM-driven workflows through Palantir AIP, understanding where AI adds real operational value and where it doesn't. Client Engagement & Collaboration: - Participate in client-facing sessions — discovery meetings, technical reviews, status updates — alongside senior FDEs, learning and contributing from the first month. - Support training and handoff sessions for client teams, helping communicate what has been built and why it works the way it does. - Develop the ability to translate technical realities into business language across a range of audiences, from data analysts to C-suite executives. - Represent Moder in-person at client locations when travel is required, carrying the kind of credibility that comes from actually knowing the work. Program Development & Field Intelligence: - Participate actively in Moder Academy — our structured onboarding covering the mortgage lifecycle, insurance operations, Palantir Foundry, and client engagement frameworks — and tell us honestly what is missing or unclear. - Maintain a structured learning log throughout the program, capturing client patterns, platform observations, and deployment insights that feed directly back to Moder's product and training teams. - Complete a capstone project — a client-facing workflow or internal accelerator that you own end-to-end — and present it to Moder leadership at the close of your program period. - Provide formal feedback at structured checkpoints that will be used to improve the program for Cohort 2. Your candor is valued, not just encouraged. Other Job Duties And Responsibilities: - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Comply with all company policies and procedures. - Maintain regular and punctual attendance. What We Are Looking For (Required): - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with an accounting concentration - 150 semester hours total to have sit for CPA Exam
