About the role

L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented associate to join our finance team. Key responsibilities include managing various financial functions associated with business acquisition processes and program execution. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs).
• Set up, validate, and generate complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Perform daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field within the last 12 months.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $59,000 - $110,000. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
