Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will work closest with our customers, help them get the most out of our API, and scale with them.

You will understand their product and use-cases deeply, and understand our API. You will be the power user of our API.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and optimize our API for their use cases.
• Help customers scale their operations using our API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

Requirements

• Loved working hands-on with customers.
• Engineer by training, but may have experience in consulting, PM, GTM, or roles that are close to customers.
• Care most about owning customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with web infrastructure and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Range: $150K - $300K
