Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will work closest with our customers, help them get the most out of our API, and scale with them.

You will understand their product and use-cases deeply, and understand our API. You will be the power user of our API.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and integrate our API effectively.
• Help customers scale their operations using our API features.
• Provide technical support and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and usage of our platform.

Requirements

• Loves working hands-on with customers.
• Engineer by training, but may have experience in consulting/PM/GTM or roles that are close to customers.
• Cares most about owning customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with web infrastructure and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Technical proficiency with relevant programming languages and tools.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems.

Pay

Compensation Range: $150K - $300K
