About the role

The Michigan State Lottery is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This position serves as the Contracts and Directives Specialist, responsible for managing the procurement process, analyzing contracts, and coordinating with various agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Developing requests for proposals and information
  • Formulating policies and procedures
  • Researching products and services
  • Oversight and issuance of contracts
  • Providing detailed analysis and contract information
  • Serving as the agency point of contact
  • Coordinating with DTMB Procurement and other agencies
  • Managing all contracts and fulfilling them
  • Overseeing records management efforts for Lottery
  • Developing document management strategies
  • Providing system oversight

Requirements

  • Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Experience: Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.

Skills

  • Proficiency in contract management
