About the role
The Michigan State Lottery is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This position serves as the Contracts and Directives Specialist, responsible for managing the procurement process, analyzing contracts, and coordinating with various agencies.
Responsibilities
- Developing requests for proposals and information
- Formulating policies and procedures
- Researching products and services
- Oversight and issuance of contracts
- Providing detailed analysis and contract information
- Serving as the agency point of contact
- Coordinating with DTMB Procurement and other agencies
- Managing all contracts and fulfilling them
- Overseeing records management efforts for Lottery
- Developing document management strategies
- Providing system oversight
Requirements
- Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experience: Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
