Department Secretary of Case management

About the role

The Case Management Department Secretary provides administrative support, data processing, and integration of financial, medical staff, and records data as a case management function. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing department calls, coordinating schedules for meetings and events, taking minutes in staff meetings, assisting in special projects, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and interfacing with internal and external vendors.

• Timely processes all departmental invoices
• Ensures the effective functioning and coordination of the main Case Management office
• Supports the functions of Case Management to support the Case Management staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prioritizes education and experience in a health care setting
• Preferred Associates/Technical degree
• 3-5 years of health care experience
• Previous secretarial experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
