About the role
Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load.
- Report to the Director of Student Services and/or Program Director.
Requirements
- Empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- A BA/BS in a related field.
- Prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies.
- A desire to work with troubled teens.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
