About the role
The McDonald's restaurant is currently seeking individuals with 3+ years of fast food management experience to join their team. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, and trains service staff.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs, while training kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Ensure the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals.
Qualifications
- Past experience as a shift manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
