Department Manager up to $25/hr
About the role
The role requires 3+ years of fast food management experience and applicants must be 21 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, and trains service staff.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs while training kitchen staff.
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of the Crew to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support the People Department in ensuring Crew members get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
Must be 21+ to apply. Must have 3+ years of fast food management experience.
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
