Department Manager up to $25/hr

About the role

The role requires 3+ years of fast food management experience and applicants must be 21 years old or older. Positions are available at multiple McDonald's locations in Coopersburg, Easton, Hellertown, and Quakertown.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and higher management.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and control food costs in the Kitchen Department.
• Hire, train, and schedule a qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support the Crew’s success and motivation throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a shift manager preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of McDonald's operations and policies.
