About the role
The role requires 3+ years of fast food management experience and applicants must be 21 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages promotions, and trains staff.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs, while training kitchen staff.
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of the Crew to meet sales and profit goals.
