This job posting is for a Department Manager position in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, HHF Inc. located in Florence, Marion, and Latta, South Carolina. Our team is valued like a family and we believe in social responsibility and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet sales and profit goals, and support their development and motivation.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
