Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service
- Make sure the restaurant delivers quality food and controls food costs
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Support new employees and motivate current staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
- Age 18 or older
