Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers also lead Departments, responsible for managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports Crew from their initial days to their ongoing motivation.
- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
