The Department Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
About the role
This multi-faceted role is part of Savers, an international thrift retailer. The position is available in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Support store operations and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure smooth product flow
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance
- Contribute to the overall success of the department and the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Experience with inventory management systems
