Department Manager

About the role

The Department Manager position at Savers is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple stores within a designated area. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage employee schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-store initiatives and improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

$15.96 to $26.17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
