About the role
The Department Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manages the backroom product flow function, overseeing inventory, ordering, and logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in a similar role within the thrift industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
