The Department Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
About the role
This multi-faceted role is part of Savers, an international thrift retailer. The company champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature. Savers supplies its stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. These items are purchased directly from nonprofit partners, diverting billions of pounds of used items from landfills and onto store racks and shelves for reuse. Savers also provides funding for nonprofit partners' community-based programs and services.
