About the role

The Department Manager, Product Management (PM), Dairy at Publix Super Markets, Inc., is responsible for overseeing the product management team within the dairy department. This role involves strategic planning, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality products are available to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successful product launches and inventory management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
