Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Ensure service staff are trained in service procedures
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Deliver high-quality food and manage food costs in the Kitchen Department
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant goals
- Support new employees and motivate current staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
- Must be 18 years or older
