Department Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent operations in; Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout each shift without supervision
• Manage Restaurant Controls such as; labor cost, inventory, cash procedures on a daily basis
• Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures
• Coach and follow-up on crew to ensure excellent operations
• Aid in continuing growth and development of employees inside the restaurant
• Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals
• Create and complete goals for individual department
• Assist with quality hiring, staffing and retention

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Lead Departments, responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants
