Responsibilities
- Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- Follow up and report results
- Ensure high quality food delivery to customers
- Control food costs and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures
- Hire and train qualified crew members
- Schedule teams to meet sales and profit goals
- Engage employees through motivation and recognition
- Ensure memorable customer service experiences
- Train and manage service staff
- Organize Front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Must be 18 years or older
