Responsibilities

• Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
• Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
• Follow up and report results
• Ensure high quality food delivery to customers
• Control food costs and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Train kitchen staff in production procedures
• Hire and train qualified crew members
• Schedule teams to meet sales and profit goals
• Engage employees through motivation and recognition
• Ensure memorable customer service experiences
• Train and manage service staff
• Organize Front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older
