About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, manage staff training, and maintain food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
• Train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Qualifications

While not specified, previous managerial experience is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Skills
