About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant. Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, train staff, and manage various aspects of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate them during their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
