About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, training staff, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Deliver high-quality food and manage food costs in the Kitchen Department.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety regulations.
