About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
• Train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling and a passion for the McDonald’s brand.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
