About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee is a separate entity and employer.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring staff deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- Lead the Kitchen Department, ensuring high-quality food delivery, food safety, food cost control, and staff training.
- Lead the People Department, managing hiring, training, scheduling, and recognizing staff.
Requirements
- Previous McDonald's managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and enthusiasm for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
