Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results back to your team and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, ensures food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items on the menu.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew in getting off to a good start at the restaurant and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
