About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, with food always safe and food cost controlled.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items added to the menu.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate them throughout their time working at the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
