About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Key responsibilities include managing employee training, food safety, inventory, hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals. The successful candidate will also support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards across three areas: kitchen, people, and service.
Responsibilities
- Lead important internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant
- Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for the role
Qualifications
Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace, strong customer service and support focus, and the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs are required.
