Department Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, food cost control, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and support their development and motivation.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
