Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and higher management.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to meet sales and profit targets.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant goals.
- Support new employees and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Age 18 or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
