About the role

This job posting is for a management position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage Sales Promotions effectively.
• Train Service Staff in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure Restaurant delivers high-quality food and service.
• Control Food Cost.
• Train Kitchen Staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire and train qualified crew members.
• Schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivating them throughout their time working.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
